The place is convenient for skiing due to its location, just a few minutes away from the slopes. The staff is very helpful, they even gave us free transfers from the train station. The onsen was great too, a relaxing way to cap off a day of skiing.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major downside, as we had to troop to the reception area just to access the internet. Another thing that bothered us was that smoking was allowed in the lobby, which was the only area where there was internet access.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfasts were a highlight - they were different every day and the taste, presentation, and nutrition were all excellent. The owner lady was friendly, helpful, and talented. The hotel's location was also fantastic for skiing, just a 4-minute walk up the slope to the nearest lift. Plus, being able to ski back to the hotel was a great bonus. The onsen was a relaxing experience and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided free transfers to and from the train station and assisted with our laundry.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Great staff and location, both the Onsen and breakfast offered were fantastic. the hotel is located just a short walk away from the skiing slope, making it a convenient spot for skiing enthusiasts. the Onsen offered by the hotel was a great way to relax after a day spent on the slopes. the breakfast served was different from day to day, and all the meals were delicious.
The hotel lacks WiFi in the rooms. It was quite inconvenient for families with teenagers who needed internet access.
